Annually, a select few Hyundai dealers earn the recognition of becoming a Hyundai Board of Excellence (BOE) recipient. This award is a privilege to earn, as to achieve it, a dealership must meet rigorous criteria and offer outstanding customer service.

What Is The Board Of Excellence Award?

The Board of Excellence award is presented by the Hyundai Board of Excellence program and is given to dealerships who perform the best. In order to achieve this award, these dealerships must exhibit the following qualities:

1. The dealership must be operational as of 1/4/24.
2. Dealer must retail a minimum of 250 new retail sales in 2024.
3. Must be a top 35 volume dealership
4. Dealer must demonstrate positive year-over-year sales growth.
5. Dealer must be profitable in 2024.
6. Be a top five sales efficiency dealer
7. Dealer must meet or surpass qualifiers for customer satisfaction for sales and service.
8. Dealer must pass all requirements under the Brand Ambassador program and be designated as a Brand Ambassador dealer by year-end 2024.
